1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern all transactions carried out on the GREEN’CROQ online shop, accessible at greencroq.fr. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
The products offered are freeze-dried fruits and vegetables intended for consumption. Photographs, text and nutritional information are provided for guidance only and do not commit GREEN’CROQ in the event of minor variations.
3. Price
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges. GREEN’CROQ reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that products will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order & payment
Payment is made online via the secure payment page hosted by Shopify (PCI-DSS compliant). No banking data is stored by GREEN’CROQ.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped within mainland France within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery is free above an amount specified in the shop.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that food products have not been unsealed (article L.221-28).
7. Warranties
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the French Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
